My login or password doesn’t work

 

You may be using your password from the old member site. As from Jan 23, 2019, the Silver Lotto Membership Site is now part of this Lotto Life website and you will need a new password which has been emailed to members. If you didn’t receive it and you are a Member, you can request a password change from the sign-in box above. Go to “Forgot password?” in the password box.

 
 

How do I find my PRO Custom Profiles in the new Members Site?

 

If you have bought PRO Custom Profiles, here’s how you can find them in your Membership Site, along with your account details:

  1. Log in to your Silver Lotto Membership Site: thelottolife.com/login

  2. Click on the Your Account link in your membership site. This will bring up your details and Purchases.

Your account details will appear in a popup window. Click on the Visit link to go to each of your products. If you don't see your PRO Custom Profiles there, we are still completing the changeover from the old members site, and your products may still be on the waiting list. You can request a speedy addition by emailing askkensilver@gmail.com. I’ll get them to your member site in 24 hours or less.

I bought the System recently / long time ago, and can’t access it

 

Email askkensilver@gmail.com with your request, and after a check I will make it available for you in the membership site. I can normally do this within 24 hours or less.
